TERMS

Three things a buyer sending money to a liquidator deserves in writing: what happens to a deposit, what a freight estimate is worth, and what happens after the chairs are yours. All three are below, in the same words we use on the phone.

DEPOSITS & REFUNDS

Fully refundable until freight is booked. After booking, the deposit covers freight if you cancel. Deposit applies to your balance at delivery — balance payable by Zelle or cash.

  1. 01 · BEFORE THE TRUCK IS BOOKED

Fully refundable. Change your mind before we schedule a carrier and you get every cent back, to the original payment method. No restocking fee, no questions.

  2. 02 · AFTER THE TRUCK IS BOOKED

If you cancel once freight is booked, the deposit covers the freight cost. That booking is a real commitment we make to a carrier on your behalf, and it is not refundable to us either. Anything left over after the carrier is paid comes back to you.

  3. 03 · THE DEPOSIT IS NOT A FEE

It applies to your balance. A $450 deposit on a $3,000 order means $2,550 due at delivery — the deposit is money off what you owe, never money on top of it.

  4. 04 · THE BALANCE

Payable at delivery or pickup, by Zelle or cash. You see the chairs before the rest of the money moves.

  5. 05 · RAILS

Deposits can be paid by card or bank transfer. Pay-in-full is bank transfer only — card fees on a full order are real money, and we would rather put that into the price. Bank transfers take 1–4 business days to clear; the lot is held for you from the moment payment is initiated.

  6. 06 · REFUNDS

Issued to the original payment method. Card refunds land in a few business days; bank refunds can take up to a week, depending on your bank, not us.

  7. 07 · IF WE CAN'T DELIVER

If a lot turns out to be short, damaged, or gone before we hand it over, you get a full refund regardless of anything above. We don't keep money for chairs you never got.

FREIGHT ESTIMATES

  • The number a lot page gives you is an estimate, not a booked rate. It is finalized at ship time, when we tender the real pallet count and dimensions to a carrier.

  • Estimates assume residential delivery with a liftgate — the expensive version. A dock or a forklift on your end usually makes it cheaper, not dearer.

  • The chair price is separate and firm. Freight moves with fuel and lane; the price per chair does not.

  • Local pickup is always free. Bring a truck to the lot's city and freight is a line item that never happens.

  • Lanes we can't price honestly — international, offshore, or an address we can't resolve — get a hand quote instead of a guess. We would rather make you wait a day than give you a number that changes.

RETURNS

Used chairs, sold by the lot, priced to move. You see them before the rest of your money moves — and once they're yours, they're yours.

  1. 01 · ALL SALES FINAL

Once the chairs are handed over — loaded on your truck, loaded on a carrier you sent, or signed for at delivery — the sale is final. No returns, no exchanges, no partial give-backs.

  2. 02 · SEE THEM FIRST

Come view the lot before you buy, or inspect the chairs at pickup before you pay the balance. Count them, sit on them, and walk away if they are not what we said — your deposit comes back in full. Ask us to set up a viewing.

  3. 03 · NOT AS DESCRIBED

If the count is short, the color or model is not what the listing shows, or there is damage the photos don't show, tell us before handover. Take fewer chairs at the same per-chair price, or walk away with a full refund. After handover, the inspection was your chance.

  4. 04 · FREIGHT DAMAGE

Carriers insure what they carry. Inspect before you sign, and write every damaged or missing chair on the delivery receipt (bill of lading). A clean signature means "received in good order" and ends any claim. If you noted damage, send us photos within 2 business days; we file the claim with the carrier as the shipper and pass on everything the carrier pays.

  5. 05 · BUYING WITHOUT SEEING

Can't visit? Ask for a dated photo or video walk-through of your lot before we book the truck. Once the truck is booked, the deposit terms above apply (02).

  6. 06 · HOLD PERIOD

A paid deposit holds the chairs for 14 days. If we haven't set a pickup or delivery date by then, we'll check with you once; with no answer, the lot goes back on sale and your deposit is refunded. Chairs left with us past an agreed pickup date are held at our discretion.

  7. 07 · PAYMENT RETURNS

Refunds go back to the original card or bank account (06). A bank-transfer refund can only start once the original payment has cleared. A charge disputed after you have taken the chairs is treated as non-payment.

  8. 08 · ALREADY COVERED

A lot that is gone, short, or damaged before handover is a full refund (07). Lots with a different deposit percentage, pay-in-full orders, and tax-exempt buyers follow these same rules — only the amount differs. Prices are as listed; churches and nonprofits can send an exemption certificate on request.
