PRIVACY

We sell bulk chairs. We collect what we need to quote you, reach you, and deliver — and nothing we plan to sell to anyone else.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Last updated October 2, 2026. This policy covers black-whole.com and the forms, ads, and messages that lead to it.

  • What you give us. Your name, phone number, email, delivery address or ZIP code, how many chairs you want, when you need them, and anything you write in a message. You give us this through the forms on this site, a freight estimate, a lead form or message on Facebook or Instagram, or a call, text, or email.

  • Payment details. Deposits are processed by Stripe. Your card or bank details go to Stripe, not to us — we see that a payment was made, the amount, and its status.

  • What a web server sees. Like every website, our hosting and security providers keep standard logs: IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use them to keep the site running and to stop abuse.

HOW WE USE IT

  • To answer you. Pricing, availability, freight estimates, and arranging pickup or delivery. If you give us a phone number or email, we may call, text, or email you about your inquiry.

  • To complete an order. Taking a deposit, booking a carrier, delivering the chairs, and issuing refunds.

  • To send alerts you asked for. If you sign up for new-inventory alerts, we email you when a matching lot comes in. Every alert has an unsubscribe link.

  • We do not sell your information. We share it only with the companies that help us serve you: the payment processor, the freight carrier or broker delivering your order (they need your address and phone), and our email, messaging, and hosting providers. If you reach us through Facebook or Instagram, Meta's own privacy policy also applies to what you send there. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

YOUR CHOICES

  • Stop messages. Reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or just tell us — we will stop.

  • See, correct, or delete. Ask and we will tell you what we have on you, fix it, or delete it. We keep order and payment records as long as tax and accounting rules require; inquiries that never became an order are deleted on request.

  • How to reach us. Use the contact form, or call or text (619) 407-8945.

  • Changes. If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
